If you are a parent or a student concerned about your child's or your own emotional health, you may contact the Counseling Department during school hours for help:
- When you call, request to be transferred to the Counseling Department or to speak with one of the available counselors or social work intern.

- Students can schedule appointments by filling out a blue card, available in the Counseling Center, complete with the student's full name, grade, the reason for the request, student email address, and the best time to schedule a consultation with the social work intern or with the student's assigned counselor.
- A social work intern is available by referral through the Counseling Department. Students and parents may also directly request to consult with the social work intern at the school.
- In the event of a personal emergency, students should inform the teacher and request a pass to go to the Counseling Center, located in the 500-Building.
